PURPOSE:
Recommend to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control approval of a special event liquor license for the Annual Relics & Rods Run to the Sun Car Show.
BACKGROUND:
Joseph M. White, applicant for Relics & Rods of Lake Havasu, Inc., has applied for a Special Event Liquor License for a beer garden for a special event to be held at 1477 Queens Bay, Lake Havasu City, AZ, on October 21 & 22, 2016, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Proceeds from this event will go to the Relics & Rods of Lake Havasu City, Inc. All fees have been received, and no objections have been submitted.

The City supports local events in the community to enhance the quality of life and generate tourism opportunities.
