PURPOSE:

Recommend to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control approval of a special event liquor license for the Norona Effect Annual HavaSlide event.

 

BACKGROUND:

Gary L. Gray, applicant for the London Bridge Rotary Foundation, has applied for a Special Event Liquor License for a beer garden for a special event to be held at 2019 McCulloch Boulevard, Lake Havasu City, AZ, on September 24, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Proceeds from this event will go to the London Bridge Rotary Foundation and The Norona Effect. All fees have been received, and no objections have been submitted.

 

COMMUNITY IMPACT:

The City supports local events in the community to enhance the quality of life and generate tourism opportunities.
