PURPOSE:
To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #12 Restaurant Liquor License application for The Spot, 3612 Jamaica Boulevard South.
BACKGROUND:
Shannon Suzanne Thornton has applied for a Series #12 liquor license for the above location. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no objections were received. A liquor license was previously held at this location.
Based on the above, staff recommends approval of this liquor license.
