To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #10 Beer and Wine Store Liquor License application for Motor & Boat Food & Fuel, 2890 Jamaica Boulevard South.
BACKGROUND:
Steven W. Ticknor has applied for a Series #10 liquor license for the above location. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no objections were received. A liquor license was previously held at this location.
Based on the above, staff recommends approval of this liquor license.
