To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #06 Bar Liquor License application for BJ’s Tavern, 2122 McCulloch Boulevard North.
BACKGROUND:
Peter Henry Schelstraete has applied for a Series #06 liquor license for the above location. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no objections were received. A liquor license was previously held at this location.
Based on the above, staff recommends approval of this liquor license.
