PURPOSE:

To consider adoption of a resolution abandoning the 10-foot-wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement across the northeastern portion of Tract 2209, Block 1, Lot 3A. 

 

BACKGROUND:

The property owner of 1111 Cascade Lane is proposing to remove a portion of the Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the northeasterly property boundary to create additional developable lot area.

 

All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.

 

COMMUNITY IMPACT:

N/A

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

Improvements to the property may increase the assessed valuation, and the City may receive additional property tax revenue.
