PURPOSE:
To abandon the entire 10-foot-wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the rear property line of Tract 136, Block 7, Lot 5.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner of 2195 Casper Drive is proposing to remove the Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the rear property line to create additional developable lot area.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to the property will likely increase the assessed valuation which may result in the City receiving additional property tax revenue.
