PURPOSE:
To approve an Amendment No. 1 to the Mutual-Aid/Dispatch Emergency Ambulance Transportation Agreement with River Medical, Inc., dba Life Line Ambulance.
BACKGROUND:
The Amendment No. 1 will extend the current Mutual-Aid/Dispatch Emergency Ambulance Transportation Agreement between River Medical, Inc., dba Life Line Ambulance and Lake Havasu City Fire Department for one (1) more year. This Agreement supports our public-private partnership and collaborative relationship to enhance the service delivery to the community.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No funding is required for this amendment.
