PURPOSE:
To accept dedication of a 10-foot by 132.43-foot Public Sewer Easement along the southern property line of Tract 2171, Block 3, Lot 10 and a 10-foot by 132.43-foot Public Sewer Easement along the northern property line of Tract 2171, Block 3, Lot 11 to protect an existing sewer main which runs between the properties through the golf course.
BACKGROUND:
Helen Hoff currently owns the property at 2345 and 2347 Green Place, Tract 2171, Block 3, Lots 10 & 11. When surveying the property for development, it was determined that a sewer main existed along the property line common to lots 10 and 11. Mrs. Hoff agreed to grant a 20 foot public sewer easement to the City for the protection of the existing sewer main.
