To recommend that the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control approve a Series #12 Restaurant License for the BaBaLoo Lounge, 357 South Lake Havasu Avenue.
BACKGROUND:
Elizabeth A. Jusick, has applied for a Series #12 liquor license for the above location. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no objections were received. This location is properly zoned for a liquor license.
Based on the above, staff recommends approval of this liquor license.
