PURPOSE:
To consider adopting a resolution abandoning the westerly 20-feet of the existing 10-foot wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the northerly property line of Tract 2204, Block 6, Lot 10.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner of 1300 Griffin Drive is requesting to remove a portion of the Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the northerly property line to create additional developable lot area.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to the property may increase the assessed valuation, and the City may receive additional property tax revenue.

I move to adopt Resolution No. 26-3959 abandoning the westerly 20-feet of the existing 10-foot wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the northerly property line of Tract 2204, Block 6, Lot 10.
I move to not adopt Resolution No. 26-3959.
