PURPOSE:
To appoint regular members to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
BACKGROUND:
The City Clerk's office received one application requesting consideration for appointment as a regular member to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and two applications requesting consideration for re-appointment to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. The appointments are needed to fill three regular member vacancies that expire June 30, 2015.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
Board, committee, and commission members play a pivotal role in providing guidance and direction on numerous issues that develop our community.
