PURPOSE:
To consider approval of Task Order Number 10 under the Master Professional Services Agreement 500225 with C&S Engineers, Inc., for As-Needed Aviation Consultant Services for hangar development services (“the project”) in accordance with City Code Section 3.10.030.1.
BACKGROUND:
There is significant demand for aircraft hangar storage space at the Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport. The Airport currently has over 120 requests for hangar space which the City cannot accommodate currently. The Airport Manager has been asked to develop a plan that will result in adding more aircraft hangars. Task Order 10 will help provide the necessary expertise and experience to create this plan.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
The development of additional hangars will allow for more aircraft to be housed at the Airport, which will increase overall activity. The Lake Havasu City Airport is a vital economic and transportation hub in our community. Adding hangars to the Airport infrastructure will increase the Airport’s economic impact.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds are allocated and available in the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Airport Fund budget.

I move to approve Task Order Number 10 under the Master Professional Services Agreement with C&S Engineers, Inc., for hangar development services in the amount of $20,000.
