PURPOSE:
To consider adopting a resolution abandoning the entire 10-foot wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the northwesterly property line of Tract 137, Block 7, Lot 11.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner of 2501 Demaret Drive is requesting to abandon the Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the northwesterly property line to create additional developable lot area.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to the property may increase the assessed valuation, and the City may receive additional property tax revenue.
