PURPOSE:
To consider adopting a resolution abandoning the entire 8-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the westerly property line of Lots 1 through 12 of Tract 2402.
BACKGROUND:
The property owners of Lots 1 through 12 of Tract 2402 are proposing to remove a Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the westerly property line to create additional developable lot area.
The 2-foot Vehicular Non-Access Easement will remain.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to the property may increase the assessed valuation, and the City may receive additional property tax revenue.
