PURPOSE:
To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #12 Restaurant Liquor License application for Los Chikis Bar & Appetizers.
BACKGROUND:
Alfredo Lopez Elizalde has applied for a Series #12 restaurant liquor license for Los Chikis Bar & Appetizers, 161 Swanson Avenue #C. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no protest or support letters were received during the 20-day public comment period. The location is properly zoned for a Series #12 liquor license.
Series #12 Restaurant Liquor License - This non-transferable, on-sale retail privileges liquor license allows the holder of a restaurant license to sell and serve all types of spiritous liquor solely for consumption on the premises of an establishment which derives at least forty percent (40%) of its gross revenue from the sale of food.
This application was reviewed internally with the following comments:
