PURPOSE:
To ensure compliance with the City’s current contracted service agency agreements.
BACKGROUND:
As part of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 contracted service agency agreement with Western Arizona Humane Society (WAHS), statistical data reporting to the City is required. This report covers the period of October through December 2025.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
Outsourcing these services enables the City to provide services that potentially could not be available to the community otherwise.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The annual agreement for Western Arizona Humane Society in FY 2025-26 is $300,000.
