PURPOSE:
To abandon the 10-foot by approximately 105-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the southwestern property line of Tract 2315B, Block 1, Lot 3.
BACKGROUND:
The property owners of 2540 Plaza Hermosa are proposing to remove the Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the southwestern property line to create additional developable lot area.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to property will likely increase the assessed valuation, and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.
