PURPOSE:
To consider adopting a resolution abandoning a 110-foot portion of the existing 10-foot-wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the easterly property line of Tract 116, Block 4, Lot 2.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner of 1900 Papago Drive is requesting to remove a portion of the Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the easterly property line to create additional developable lot area.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to the property may increase the assessed valuation, and the City may receive additional property tax revenue.
