PURPOSE:

To consider adopting a resolution abandoning the southwesterly 3-feet of the existing 8-foot wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the northeasterly property line of Tract 2302, Block 6, Lot 1. 

 

BACKGROUND:

The property owner of 1901 Chip Drive is requesting to remove a portion of the Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the northeasterly property line to create additional developable lot area.

 

All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.

 

COMMUNITY IMPACT:

N/A

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

Improvements to the property may increase the assessed valuation, and the City may receive additional property tax revenue.

I move to adopt Resolution No. 26-3896 abandoning the southwesterly 3-feet of the existing 8-foot wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the northeasterly property line of Tract 2302, Block 6, Lot 1.
