PURPOSE:
To consider adopting a resolution abandoning the southerly 40-feet of the existing 10-foot-wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the easterly property line of 3375 Yavapai Drive, Tract 2250, Block 19, Lot 38, excluding the northerly 10-feet.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner of 3375 Yavapai Drive is requesting to remove a portion of the Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the easterly property line to create additional developable lot area.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to the property will likely increase the assessed valuation which may result in the City receiving additional property tax revenue.
