PURPOSE:
To consider adopting a resolution abandoning the southeastern 5-feet by 52-feet of the existing 10-foot-wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the northeastern property line of 790 Winston Place, Tract 2144, Block 9, Lot 10, excluding the front most 25-feet and the rear most 48-feet.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner of 790 Winston Place is requesting to remove a portion of the Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the northeastern property line to create additional developable lot area.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to the property may increase the assessed valuation, and the City may receive additional property tax revenue.
