PURPOSE:
To consider adopting a resolution abandoning the southwesterly 3-foot by 199-foot portion of the existing 10-foot by 210-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the northeasterly property line of Tract 122, Block 1, Lot 17.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner of 3455 El Toro Drive is requesting to remove a portion of the Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the northeasterly property line to create additional developable lot area.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to the property may increase the assessed valuation, and the City may receive additional property tax revenue.
