PURPOSE:
To consider adopting a resolution abandoning the 20-foot-wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the northerly property line of Tract 2372, Block 1, Lot 20 and the south 20-feet of Parcel B, excluding the westerly 8-feet.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner of 1060 Corte Cabrillo is proposing to remove the Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the northerly property line to create additional developable lot area.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to the property will likely increase the assessed valuation which may result in the City receiving additional property tax revenue.
