PURPOSE:
To consider adoption of a resolution abandoning the northerly 137-feet by 10-feet-wide portion of the existing 158-feet by 10-feet-wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the westerly property line of Tract 2190, Block 7, Lot 14.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner of 3586 Kiowa Bay is proposing to remove a portion of the Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the westerly property line to create additional developable lot area.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to the property will likely increase the assessed valuation, and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.
