PURPOSE:
To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #12 Restaurant Liquor License application for Boat House Grill.
BACKGROUND:
Jonell Maples has applied for a Series #12 Restaurant Liquor License for Boat House Grill, 801 Beachcomber Boulevard. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no protest or support letters were received during the 20-day public comment period. The location is properly zoned for a Series #12 liquor license.
Series #12 Restaurant Liquor License - This non-transferable, on-sale retail privileges liquor license allows the holder of a restaurant license to sell and serve all types of spiritous liquor solely for consumption on the premises of an establishment which derives at least forty percent (40%) of its gross revenue from the sale of food.
This application was reviewed internally with the following comments:
