PURPOSE:

To ensure compliance with the City’s current contracted service agency agreements.

BACKGROUND:

As part of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 contracted service agency agreement with Western Arizona Humane Society (WAHS), statistical data reporting to the City is required.  This is the 4^th quarter reporting for FY 2024-25.

COMMUNITY IMPACT:

Outsourcing these services enables the City to provide services that potentially could not be available to the community otherwise.

FISCAL IMPACT:

The annual agreement for Western Arizona Humane Society in FY 2024-25 is $300,000.
