PURPOSE:

To abandon the 5-foot by 100-foot eastern portion of the 10-foot by 165-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the western boundary of Tract 2190, Block 13, Lot 6.

 

BACKGROUND:

The property owner of 3870 Lodestar Court is proposing to remove a portion of the PUE on the southern boundary of the property to create additional developable lot area.

 

All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.

 

COMMUNITY IMPACT:

N/A

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

Improvements to property will likely increase the assessed valuation, and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.
