PURPOSE:
To consider adoption of a resolution dedicating an electric easement on City-owned property adjacent to Cypress Drive (APN 109-29-232) to UNS Electric to allow for a new transformer to be installed for the new laboratory building at 360 Cypress Drive to provide electricity to the new laboratory building.
BACKGROUND:
City staff have been working with Unisource Electric to establish permits, survey and location to install a new transformer onto the property to provide electricity to the new laboratory building.
