PURPOSE:
To ensure compliance with the City’s Community Resource ARPA Program Contract. The status reports are attached for Council review. No action is required by the Council in receiving and reviewing the reports.
BACKGROUND:
The Council distributed $1,000,000 in ARPA funds to local organizations to respond to the COVID-19 public health emergency and its economic impacts and assist the community in responding and rebuilding a stronger, more equitable economy as it recovers.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
The local organizations that received the funds are community partners. They serve our community in food, housing, senior services, mental health, childcare, and child development and help make our community an incredible place to live, work, and raise a family.
