PURPOSE:
To abandon the westerly 5-feet of the existing 10-foot-wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the easterly property line of Tract 2157, Block 10, Lots 6 and 7.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner of 2455 Huntington Drive is proposing to remove a portion of the Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the easterly property line to create additional developable lot area.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to the property will likely increase the assessed valuation, and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.
