PURPOSE:
Approve Statement of Work (SOW) under Oracle contract 500065 with Camptra Technologies LLC (Camptra) to provide technical assistance with the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules in the Oracle system in accordance with City Code Section 3.10.010.3.A.3 and 16.
BACKGROUND:
For the past year, the City has contracted with Camptra to provide these technical services. Council approved the FY 2023-24 contract in June 2023. These services include updates in system configuration and troubleshooting in the various aspects of the Oracle software. Camptra would continue to provide the technical expertise for this software support.
The technical support provided by Camptra has been essential in allowing staff to use the enterprise resource system successfully, which includes financial reporting, internal controls, procurement, supplier payments, employee payroll, human resources, and budgeting, and has contributed to the clean opinion by the independent auditors of the annual comprehensive financial report for the year ended June 30, 2023. There is a critical need for this assistance to continue. The proposed contract would be for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
Improved ERP services provide for enhanced business reporting; more robust security; and regulatory compliance, including accurate, timely, and technical financial reporting which results in a more reliable system.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This twelve-month agreement will provide technical expertise for a not-to-exceed total cost of $242,520. The amount is the same as for the FY 2023-24 SOW. The funds are allocated in the FY 2024-25 budget in the General Fund.

I move to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Statement of Work with Camptra Technologies LLC in the amount of $242,520 for Fiscal Year 2024-25.
