PURPOSE:
Appoint the Chief Fiscal Officer designated to submit the Annual Expenditure Limitation Report (AELR) for Fiscal Year 2024-25 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS) § 41-1279.07(E).
BACKGROUND:
In accordance with ARS § 41-1279.07(E), Lake Havasu City must adopt a resolution each fiscal year which designates a Chief Fiscal Officer to submit the AELR. Lake Havasu City has traditionally appointed the Administrative Services Director as the individual designated by the Mayor and City Council to act as Lake Havasu City’s Chief Fiscal Officer.
