PURPOSE:
To abandon the southwesterly 3-feet of the existing 8-foot wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the northeasterly property line of Tract 2273, Block 1, Lot 2. Excluding the rear most 10-feet that is to remain as part of the existing 10-foot wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement along the rear property line of said Lot 2.
BACKGROUND:
The property owner of 2711 War Eagle Drive is proposing to remove a portion of the Public Utility and Drainage Easement on the easterly property line to create additional developable lot area.
All outside utilities participated in the review and approval of the abandonment of the existing easement.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
Improvements to the property will likely increase the assessed valuation, and the City will receive additional property tax revenue.
