PURPOSE:
To make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control regarding a Series #7 Beer and Wine Bar Liquor License application for Golf N’ Brews.
BACKGROUND:
Jared Paul Thornton has applied for a Series #7 beer and wine bar liquor license for Golf N’ Brews, 2018 McCulloch Boulevard N, Unit A & F. All posting requirements have been met, all fees have been paid, and no objections were received. The location is properly zoned for a Series #7 liquor license.
This application was reviewed internally, and no objections were received:

No objections. No outstanding violations or issues with this property. Permitted use in the Mixed Use - Uptown McCulloch Main Street (MU-UMS) Zoning District.

A Series #7 license is transferable from person to person and/or location to location within the same county and allows the holder both on- and off-sale retail privileges. This license allows a beer and wine bar retailer to sell and serve beer and wine (no other spirituous liquors), primarily by individual portions, to be consumed on the premises and in the original container for consumption on or off the premises. A retailer with off-sale privileges may deliver spirituous liquor off the licensed premises in connection with a retail sale.
